    Hi Chris,
I was looking for these 2 playlists on Spotify but could not find them. Bad Dream Spin Music and Better When I’m Dancing.
Would you be able to help me locate them?

    Thank you!
    Terri Jenkins

Hi Terri, I searched through my playlists on Spotify and couldn’t find any playlists with those titles, but I did find a post that may include the playlists you were looking for. If the link doesn’t work then you can create a new playlist in Spotify with the song list. I hope that’s what you were looking for. Here’s the link:

HI Chris!!! Love your blog and following you on Spotify…can you please share the details for your 20/40 Sprintervals playlist? Much Thanks!

    • chrispins September 6, 2017 at 10:32 am #

I will try to post a complete profile for this playlist in the near future. In the meantime, here’s the 20/40 interval part: The first six songs are basically the warm-up. We are riding pretty steady alternating in and out of the saddle. The next song “Two Tribes” (9:21) is the intervals. Sprint for 20 seconds (all out, 120%!!) and then recover for 40 seconds. Go through that sequence 10 times. I start right out with the sprint so make sure the riders are prepared to sprint when the song begins. After the final sprint (which ends at 9:20), I use the first 40 seconds of the next song (or longer, if needed) as a recovery. I hope that gets you started! I’m looking forward to posting the whole profile soon!
