Before we get to the playlist, I want to share a quick recipe that I tried recently. I was looking for an alternative to energy bars. You know, something quick to grab before heading out the door to teach that would give me a quick burst of energy and won’t leave me STARVING before the class is over. I came across this recipe for Peanut Butter Balls and thought I’d give them a try:
Obviously, that’s not my picture. As much as I envy them, I’m not one of those bloggers that is talented enough to take cute pictures of everything I eat.
The recipe was super easy and they really taste great! I couldn’t help but think of this SNL skit the ENTIRE time I was making them though:
